kubota svl75-2
After about two hours moving dirt, had two loader hoses damaged. rubbed thru both the protective cover and the hoses on the loader nut. Would be an easy fix but can't untighten the hoses even with two wrenches. any suggestions? Do I need to remove the loader to fix? Owned a kubota for 12 years and had no major issues, the LS has been a PIA.

Sounds like someone needs to plan the hose routing a little better.

How old is the tractor, and is it usually parked outside in the weather?

If your hoses are JIC 37s, then I suspect that the threads have rust in them. The
original installer did not use any lube (no one does) and water got in there. I have
had trouble removing some old hoses in the past.

You might try a careful application of heat to the fitting, using a propane torch.

When reinstalling JICs, I like to put a little grease or oil on the threads.

Let the dealer do it that's something he should have checked out before letting out in the real world.
