business slow?

I'm booked through next June-'09!! I need to hire another good supervisor so I can get more work done on other jobsites! 2 weeks ago I nailed a $350,000 rennovation on a historic home built in 1830. 3 additions being put on it!

I would have to say in general for most others, things have slowed way I consider myself very lucky.

The good thing is that there's a lot of great deals on equipment and land from businesses that have gone under and my subs prices are starting to fall to a more affordable price.

Look at it as an opportunity!

Anyone else slow? Phones are just not ringing as much. Any ideas would be a great help. I am advertising in all the local papers. Im hoping things pick up soon.

Try craigs list nobody reads the paper anymore I guess I have had good luck there not everybody is willing to spend money but I get steady response and it does not cost anything
