This administration has had multi-national companies in their sights for a long time. They want to get their hands on the profits made off shore. Instructions must have gone out to the IRS to review the tax returns of these companies.

Its EXACTLY why they do...to avoid paying US taxes

"The Coca-Cola brand has been scrutinized by tax officials. Earlier this year, three of Coca-Cola's bottlers -- Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners, and Germany's Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetranke -- merged their operations into a new Western European bottling company called Coca-Cola European Partners. Thanks to that move, Coca-Cola Enterprises can reduce its exposure to U.S. taxes by moving its headquarters from Atlanta to London."
