Why do you have your top link so tight that your tail wheel of your mower isn't even touching the ground all of the time?

Why do you have your top link so tight that your tail wheel of your mower isn't even touching the ground all of the time?

It depends on the terrain and how thick the weeds are I adjust the top link sometimes so that the thick weeds can exit in the rear and I only have to mow it one time.

And besides, I'm not sure what you skimmed but that wheel is down nearly all of the time when I'm bush hogging
