Make sure you're comparing the same features. Check weight of each unit - some brands have "standard" and heavy duty lines (Woods has such in their brush cutters, and "standard" is much cheaper than their heavier duty line). Then check re. slip clutch vs. shear pin. Are the guide wheels the same on each (2 are usually better than 1 re. diminishing gouging of the turf)? Anyhow, if the features seem roughly equivalent - they're both "premium" brands, so choose based on price.
