Can anyone give me information about the Bush Hog BH750 backhoe specifically and Bush Hog backhoes in general? History of them making backhoes and where they are made them? Quality?

I saw in another thread they might not make backhoes anymore but they still have different models on their website.

I can't provide any history. I did own a BH750 for about 5 years. It was a 3 pt model mounted on a NH TC30. It proved to be extremely reliable and durable. Nothing broke that was not my own fault. Couple of cylinder rebuilds that cost 60 bucks or so. Great unit that I liked a lot. I also had a Woods Groundbreaker 6500 later on. A bit less dig depth and seemed somewhat down on power to the Bush Hog unit by comparison.
Hope this is helpful.

Thanks George, that is the angle I am looking at right now as I type, they are very similar. I called Bush Hog today and they told me Amerequip made it but Amerequip says they didn't.... so I am waiting for a final from Amerequip tomorrow. It is funny that they both have the same exact model number and look so much alike, the Woods and the Bush Hog.

Amerequip's position is that the BH750 was manufactured by Bush Hog themselves, instead of an outside entity. I don't know if that is better or worse?

I would trust anything built by Bush Hog. I've never owned a Bush Hog implement that did not perform above my expectations. Bush hog, to me, is Quality.

Thanks bspeedy, my view of Bush Hog overall is the same. I think they set the standard for a long time which is why one implement in particular is known as a "bush hog" instead of a rotary cutter. I guess I was just trying to confirm that they carried that same quality into their backhoes and it seems they did.
