I never have 2 other guys to help out when I'm cutting firewood.. lol. Everyone I know is either too old or too busy to help out.. Yet, of course, they all still want firewood for free.

Same here - I'll be looking at the Case BH controls to make sure I can get power beyond, then I'll add 2-3 valves for all the "it's only me here" ideas I'll undoubtedly come up with to use hydraulics on hoe attachments.

If I do it right, I'll be able to do everything but bucking trees into rounds without leaving the seat (almost) - Steve

Neat project. Wish I had a machine shop in the garage to use to make all sorts of neat items. My SouthBend model A is all I have in the basement.

Nice job on the project and nice work with the camera.
Are you going to put up a video of the lift and splitter in action?
