and a 2 stage hand pump or a deep well pump .... shallow well pumps only lift 21.7 feet to the pump inlet ( durn fisix )

If you are talking about washing down the pipe I have put in about a dozen wells like this. One I washed down 42'.
I have a 30'er that I am using now for my garden.
You just take 2" PVC attach water hose to it and keep lifting and pushing it down and the water washes the sand out around the pipe.
Then drop 1-1/4" pipe inside of the 2" with a well point on it and remove the 2" casing.
You might need a Jet pump if you have trouble lifting the water. A Jet pump has a jet orifice that creates a vacuum and draws water from deeper table.

I would drive a point and use a shallow well pump.this wouldn't cost much.

If you cut teeth in the bottom piece of 2" PVC you can rotate it and it will work better.
I put female ends on the 2" X 10' PVC and used a steel nipple between them for more strength. You need "U" fittings at the top so the hose doesn't kink.
I had trouble with the garden well. I got down 18' with a garden hose and could not go farther. I dug a pit with my backhoe and put a piece of plastic in it so the water would run back into it so I could re-use it. I used a 2" pump from the pit to the pipe and it took 5 minutes to wash down the last 12' !!!!
