You guys that built your own threshold for your garage door/ shop building, do you have pictures. You posted some very interesting info on what you did to keep water from under your garage door. My door lifts up on tracks and I have problem with how to do the corners where my framing is. Thanks

I certainly agree that you need to build your own threshold.

On several garage floors I've poured I filled a 2" rigid conduit with concrete & mount on rebar legs under the center of the door. Leave apron about 3/4" lower than the floor to keep wind blown water out. Round edge of conduit is friendly to small wheels/castors. MikeD74T
