773 Bobcat
I have a 773 Bobcat with power bob-tach. When trying to disconnect the bucket, the left Bob-tach wedge (looking at it from the inside of the cab) works fine. The right one does not work. The right wedge will not move at all - the right arm above the right wedge will move approximately 1/2 of the full movement and stops. The hydraulic oil is full. I need to get the bucket off and get the snowblower on!!

Make sure there is nothing wedged in or around the hydraulic rams. I have gotten stones wedged in that area that prevented the full extension of the Bob-tach rams.

More than likely the wedge pin on that side is seized. Spray penetrate fluid on to the top of the pin, remove the bolt in the cylinder that connects to the lever then work the lever up manually. May have to use a cheater pipe on it. Once it it loose and bucket removed grease the pins and reconnect the cylinder.

I generally dump some used motor oil on everything and let it soak for a bit, works every time. And I keep it lubed with used oil regularly, grease gets sticky and collects dirt easier.
