Bucket super slow dumping

Spread 42 tons of gravel recently with Mahindra 3036 and lately noticed bucket dump being very very slow.

I don’t see any hydraulic leaks. What further troubleshooting should be done to identify the problem?

Are you running the throttle too low? Rev it up a bit and see if that increases the dump speed. Also check the fluid level.

Couple things to check

Does the engine sound like it is straining while trying to dump? If yes then place loader on ground with engine off move joystick to remove all the pressure then unhook and recconect the two quick disconnects on the dump cylinders. If one of these is partially connected or failing it can cause slow movement.

If one QD is starting to fail it will act like check valve in one direction.

2) ensure that the joystick is moving the directional valve fully. Occasionally something can loosen and prevent full spool travel.

Check the ball joints/cable on the loader valve?

3X on the quick couplers! I wasted months having the spools looked at and rebuilt and then one day I stumbled on this. Ugh.
