Did you purchase the 2" receivers or did you make them from scratch? If purchased, where did you buy them?

Yes, they were made from scratch. You can buy the from most hitch stops, some hardwares and Northern. I will post some pictures of the hooks if I can ever remember how to make the file small enough and make it still look OK.
