I figured most tractor owners like me want some sort of snowplow on the front without spending a fortune on the factory units.

Here is what I used and did.
Meyers 6.5 plow
2 Titan bucket clamps
A few feet of square tubing
Large rachet strap

A little welding and cutting and your all set.

The 1st season I had a manual angle setup using uni bar with some nuts welded in place and a few hitch pins.

Then I added the angle cylinders which were powered by the bucket curl hoses.
Eventually I added a valve to control the plow.

The strap helps take some of the weight off the lower bucket.

Quite simple and works very well.

Welcome to TBN..............
I made mine with a 7 1/2' diamond truck plow attached to a QA plate and use my rear remote to angle it.

Yes bucket mounted snow plows are great, remember the limitations and pressure put on the loader arms when you encounter heaver deep snow with the blade on an angle.
Loader arms are desighed for pressure against them from the front 90 degrees.
Plow base mount is better mounted to frame of tractor.

I have run my snowplow on my loader arms on several different tractors. Yes, you have to be careful but with the spring tripping mechanisms, I would argue they are no worse and perhaps better than a bucket. When you are digging with a bucket, the rocks you encounter are not always considerate enough to be centered on your bucket. I will say though that mounting on a bucket instead of directly to the loader does increase the amount of leverage/stress rather significantly.
