Bucket Capacity?

Sweet so with a toothbar it safely holds .06yrds more than .44 yards making it 1/2 yard bucket

Yes. I'd say 1/2 yd is about right with a toothbar, give or take a little,

So you never did tell us how many scoops you got out of your load of mulch. Were you indeed shorted? or did you over-estimate your bucket capacity as mentioned in your first post?

I ended up being right on the money. 6 scoops and maybe a shovel full left.

On the bright side, my neighbors pond was dredged this spring and I was given all of the spoils. So far I've made over 200 trips from next door and probably have 100 to go. Nothing like 150 free yards of incredible topsoil!

I've done some of that sort of loader transport, too. Moving a lot of material any distance at 1/2 cu yd at a time really gives you an appreciation for why construction companies use a loader and dump truck!
