All places found on a google search say it's a black sheath. Try direct contact with Buck.

Hi Dave,
Been there. Buck told me they stop making brown.
I have a brand new black one I'm willing to trade for a used brown one or buy a brown one out right.

Take a black one to a leather shop and see if they can bleach/re-dye in brown....

gugy, this may sound a bit funny but why not buy some leather in whatever color you like or get some natural and die it to your perfect color preference, you've already got a pattern by using the black one and make it yourself. Probably wouldn't take more than a couple of hours and think how proud you'd be. I started making stuff out of leather in Junior High shop class and 30 years latter I'm still sewing. My next big project is going to be a saddle as soon as I get thru building my house.

Have you tried E-Bay? Have you tried contacting some of the vendors on E-Bay to see if they have one under the counter somewhere?
