Brush Gaurd ??

Anyone build their own Brush Gaurd for a CUT or Utility Tractor?

Pics would be great .

As in for thrown debri from a mower, or as a front bumper accessory.

I've seen both here.

On my ex-NH1920 I made a frame out of angle and flat stock, and used perfed metal ( not expanded metal ), and bolted it to the front bumper on my tractor.. worked great for keeping sticks and debri out of my grill .. and thus radiator... )

Here are pics of the grill and mower guard. mower guard is truck mudflap and utility angle iron.

Yeah, I welded one on our L-3130.

Also welded one on our L-39 too.

Works great for keeping sticks, branches, and other debris out of the radiator!

A nose Guard , Light & Radiator protector .

SkyPup , is that a 4x4 concrete mesh on the lower part of your Robust Nose Guard ???

That is the name of my L-39 and I custom ordered some decals to that effect. Here is another shot of the brush guard on the L-39

Is that a WR Long Grapple by chance , sure looks like it from what is shown in the Pic.

If it isn't please give the MFG and Website if you have it.

The L-39 has the hydraulic cooler in front of the radiator.

A complete brush guard is an absolute must as a hit to the oil cooler or radiator out in the woods means you are going nowhere fast.

I just made one for my JD LT155. Used 3/16" X 2'' pieces, and then 5/8'' bar.
