Broken Throttle Cable

Well, the guy staying out our place took the PT out for a spin and said the throttle cable broke at the throttle control (dash, not engine).

I assume nothing special to get this fixed, other than the misery of pulling it through the tunnel, correct?

Sorry I confused the throttle cable and the hydroback cable. I have deleted my post.
