broken part for bx 60mmm

i noticed while on my bx2200 yesterday that the deck was not hanging level while in the up position. i got off to look around and discovered that on the discharge side of the mower the lift linkage was just hanging there un attached. what had happened is the adjustment link has a slot that the oval lobe goes into. this lobe is welded onto a pin which is welded into the assembly. either the weld failed, or there was a weak spot in the metal to start with .no lobe to be found. i was able to lift it back onto the remaining stud, and use a couple of heavy duty wire ties to keep it from popping back off. my dealer said he has never seen that problem before, he is ordering a new part and will call me when it comes in. you guys might check yours to see if theres a potential problem there. there is a drawing on page 11 of the rotary mower owners manual for the 60" deck. upper right hand corner. it is a mirror image of the other side. only 4 hours on the tractor.....

I haven't had that problem, but I did have the weld on the pin bracket fail which allowed the deck to fall, which twisted the bracket badly. I was able to bend it backso that I could get the pin back thru the deck hookup point. My dealer ordered me a new MMM lift arm (right side)
