OK, I admit I am brutal to this machine. But come on....
Ksimolo dropped me a note saying he was going to re-do his motor mounts. I say wow... And knowing the copying someone is the highest form of flattery I thought I would take a look at my mounts. First thing I noticed was that both the rear bolts were loose. So loose they came off in my hands. I am very sure that one of the boulders / stumps I scraped myself across sheared off those nice soft bolts.
So down to the hardware store, some grade 8's and then some cursing and a midget bottle jack got those bolts back in.
Tractor really vibrates much more. I think that actually my left side motor mounts are shot, but I will save that for this fall...
