Hopefully pics will attach. Fabbed new fender from 1/8" sheetmetal laying around. Maybe weighs 10 or 15 lbs. Much tougher than stock plastic part. Happy with result. My welding and plasma cutting skills are still young....... but beat having to source and pay for a new fender. This was just made with stuff laying around the shop.

Function over form on a worker. Looks way better than broken plastic.

Wow. That looks great. Both of mine were busted when I bought my toolcat. I shaped some out of sheet metal and bolted them in place. They fxn well but aren't in same looks class as yours. Well done.
