Brillion Transport Harrow

Does anyone know anything about Brillion Transport Harrows? It is a 3 row 12' wide. At one time, it probably had wings, but they are missing.

Two questions:

1. Are shanks available? I can't find them anywhere on the net.
2. Are these known to work well? Not my first harrow. I get what they do etc.. My concern is that there is no way to set the depth other than with the tires and there are no pivot points in the frame. It seems to me that precise depth control may be a problem.

We sold them with and without the wings depending on the tractor and ground contour. I believe you could go up to 18' but it was a rigid frame so you had to watch it or you could break a lot of teeth fast!
