I need to replace a grease zerk on my BL20 loader and cannot find a zerk to fit. My dealer has not been much help in this matter, but otherwise has been great. He asked Branson about it and never got a response. I have tried regular thread, metric, and British, and none seem to want to go in without forcing it. I don't want to mess up the threads. Has anyone replaced a zerk on their loader, and what did you use ?

On my 2400H & 1200X loader the zerks are 6mm.

Are you certain all of the old zerk is out? It didn't break off in the hole did it?

Haven't had to replace any of mine yet, but I'm pretty sure they should just be plain metric zerks?

Some grease zerks are what are called drive in they have what looks like an interrupted thread on them.
Have you considered drilling and retapping?

I have the old one out, so no need for drilling. Just seems that none will thread in. Even tried a different zerk hole with same results. I'll get back out when it warms up.
