I'm looking at a 2015 Branson 4720H with only 50hrs. The dealer is going to sell it to me for $19.5k with the Titan 48" pallet forks. The tractor looks like it is in mint condition. Previous owner kept in shed. I don't have any experience with tractors and wanted to know if there are any opinions on the pricing for this one. Is it within reason or am I paying too much? warranty runs out in Oct of this year.

Thanks.

On Tractorhouse.com showing about 19 listings for Branson 4720H you'll get a good idea about what they are going for.
The price dealer quoted you seems about in the ballpark considering he is throwing a set of forks in on the deal.

Look up the forks on palletforks.com to figure out what they're worth.

A warranty on a used machine is nice.

Does it come with any extras like rear remotes? The Branson remote kit is reasonably priced if it's not on there.

Wow, 50 hrs, it's still brand new. I assume the dealer did the 50 hr service already? That one changes all the fluids and greases everything.

Sounds like a good price to me. It comes with forks, does it also come with the bucket? Any rear remotes?

Not sure what your plans are for use, may want things like rear remotes, or a 3rd function (for the FEL), or filled rear tires. All these can be added by the dealer if needed.

Its really $19k for the tractor and $500 for the pallet forks. I'm intereted as we are building a new home on 5 acres and I'm logging the pine trees (~1.5 acres) and milling them into lumber for fencing, a barn, etc.. Figured a larger tractor for the next 2-3 years till the property is settled, then see about down grading if I dont need one that large anymore.. Long term, just need a bush hog and tiller.

If you will be lifting heavy loads with the forks get the tires filled or get a ballast box and fill it with concrete.
The BL25 loader can lift 2100 lbs full height. The new BL200 loader can lift 2600 lbs (or so, I may be off by a bit).
