Branson 4720 3 PT hitch Hydraulics

Having problems with the 3 point hitch on my Branson 4720. It will not move when the tractor is cold but after it warms up to operating temp it seems to work ok. I don't know if it's the relief valve or the pressure control valve. I have installed a pressure gauge on the loader. When the tractor is cold the pressure is about 200 psig after it warms up it runs about 1000 psig. anyone have a idea what's going on.

Wonder if your 3pt speed control is partially closed? The knob is behind operator's right heel.

Thanks for the tip but I already checked that plus the hitch will lower it's self when I shut down the tractor or dump the bucket even if there is nothing on the arms
