Does anyone know what level of oil is suppose to be on my dipstick? My dipstick has 6 marks on it and no indication what they are. I just performed an oil change and put in approximately 6 quarts of oil as that is what I was told it holds and I am between the second and third mark on the lower end of the stick.

Also, does anyone know where I can get a good service manual on this tractor. The manual I got from the dealer is good if I want to replace a part but gives no useful information on anything else like maintenance.

Thanks!

The marks are there to indicate safe operating range. They do not indicate full or empty. It is recommended that you run it with the oil registering within the top 1/3 of the marks. Hope that helps. Roughly around 6 to 7 quarts
