Hi all,

I am looking to add a pair of forks to the FEL.

How do the bolt on forks work?

I have not been able to find any that will directly connect to the Branson QA or a Branson conversion to SSQA.
Local Branson dealer doesn't offer any help.
Would it be better to Just convert it over to SSQA and be done with it,
I have seen on here where someone had some Branson hooks water jetted, but I cant locate the post now.

"I created a template and had these waterjetted. Came out great. I then cut off the brackets on the fork carriage I had, and welded these on."

"We generally keep a couple sets of "Branson hooks" for just the same reason. It's a great system actually, but not universal unfortunately."

If you're needing forks on your front end loader, I've found this attachment solves it. I've used it HARD for over 10 years. I've hauled many tons of brush, unloaded pallets from trucks, and even used it as a lift to work on the underside of my riding mower and go karts. Just drive whatever over the forks and lift and angle it to get exactly the position to fix the underneath. Works wonderfully! You can, also, remove some of the tines to get down to two if you really need to. I've always been able to enter the pallets without removing anything.

I ordered this fork set from somewhere in Oklahoma and, given the abuse I've heaped on these forks, I'll say that those guys in OK know how to weld. They're very easy and quick to put on the loader. You just hook the lip in the front and pull the chains around the back. Tighten the chains with a lever binder and you're good to go.

Hi Psyched123,

could you post more pictures of the Forks, and wall thickness of steel.

Looks like an easy build.
