Branson 31015R - cannot **** out of 3rd gear

Branson 31015R - cannot **** out of first gear.

Gear shift appears to be stuck.

tractor was working fine. 410 hours on tractor.

wondering of anyone else has had a problem like this.

Sorry, but I thought this was funny. Been a long day. I have no idea why it cant shift out of gears.

Not sure if it’s the same, but older Massey Fergusons with lots of transmission wear can get stuck one gear but can be easily unstuck.

Google “My Massey Ferguson Tractor Is Stuck in Gear” to see that solution.

I had a Mitsubishi D2350 which would stick in second from time to time. I could remove the access plate with shifter lever and access the gears. I could then use a big screwdriver or pry bar to pop it out of gear - until the next time.
