Brakes not working

Brakes won't work, at all. Got gradually worse over time. Now I got nothing. I've adjusted the pedals, did nothing.
So, I guess I need to replace the brakes. Anyone with experience doing this?
If I was going to buy a manual, should I get the Service manual or the parts manual?
This is a 3215 gear tractor.

Get the service manual. I've never changed the brakes on this tractor. I did on a JD 750 once and it was much easier than what this looks like if my 3016 is any indication. The JD had a differential cover that came off with 6 bolts. The brakes were right there.
