brakes for Mitsubishi MT18D

Hi I was wondering if any one could point me in the right direction for getting disc brake sets for both sides for a mitsubishi MT18D. For each set It is actually just the six thin asbestos (?) sheets that fit either side of each of the three discs that have disintegrated. But if I have to buy the metal discs as well that's fine. The part number is 1025 1601 800. I live in S. Ireland.
