Brakes dragging on John Deere 5320

Feels that brakes are grabbing, but seem to loosen up after driving a little while. What causes this and what's the fix?

JD 5000 series tractors have a long history of the brake disc return springs(parts key #1) weakening over time causing brakes to drag. Solution is to R&R rear axle housing and replace springs. Another possibility could be sticky plungers in brake valve housing or pedals needing lubrication.
