Brake not working on Mitsubishi D1800

I just purchased my Mitsubishi D1800 used from someone about 3 weeks ago. I have noticed (being a beginner tractor owner) that the left brake does not work at all, so I have a one brake tractor as of now. Does anyone know how difficult it would be to check out the cause of this problem and find out what is needed to repair the left brake on this model?

Also, another question: most of the stickers are all faded on the tractor so the instructions given on certain parts, for example the hydraulics controlling the 3 point hitch, are not readable any longer. Is is possible to get stickers for this model to place over the faded ones?

I'm not sure of the brake type your tractor has. Can you post a picture where your brake levers going into the tractor? If like my Bisons there a breeze to check, repair if needed.
