Mowing Brake Light stays on

I bought my ck20 when they first came out and have had no trouble. I noticed my brake light stays own even after I flip the switch on and off and push in then release peddle several times. Don't know if the light is stuck on or the break is stuck on and the switch is broken. Any ideas?
