1958 MF 65
Hi all I have a 1958 mf65. There are no brakes on it. so I decided I would pull it apart and see what I need. one side had the actuator rod broke. looks like some one tried to weld a bolt on it at some point but that did not work. once I had the axle housing off and I did forget to drain oil first  garage floor was real slick. it seemed that the discs are in great shape and the actuator was in working order. The area with the discs was full of grease and the discs coated in grease. I took the other axle housing off and found the discs to be in good shape. the actuator rod was cranked as tight as it could go. but the discs also was coated in grease and oil. the last disc to come off the axle is stuck and I still have not got it off after beating the disk and putting a hole all the way thru the disk linings. it is seized to the axle. need ideas on how to get it off. I am going to replace the discs even tho they dont need it except the one I have broke. also need to replace the seals. I have been trying to look online to order the parts and the discs are easy to find but with out a diagram showing me what seals I need I am lost. So I could use some help on finding the seals and there names. I also broke a piece that the actuator rod mounts to on the outside of the axle. I found it online but they wont let me order it cause I am not a vender. I guess I also need a gasket for the axle housing. if some one could help me out or point in right direction to get all the items needed for this project I would appreciate it. I will try and post some pics of the project. But I have been working long hours lately.

Try agcopartsbooks.com, I've never ordered anything from them but their diagrams I find are fairly descriptive.

Mike, you can't order from parts book. It is a reference to AGCO parts for dealers. What he needs to do is google an AGCO dealer in his area to order from that online catalog. If you can't find an AGCO dealer with your part your needing, you can contact AGCO and they will contact a dealer to contact you and help you with what you need. I did that very thing looking for a hood for a Continental. A dealer is suppose to contact me.

The online parts book is a great tool. -robert
