I have known a (Male) Kelly, Leslie and Kim. Not sure what Kim would have been short for. So what makes Sue so special? Who's to say, what name is exclusively for a particular gender? There are apparently being three now. The multitudes of Ashleys and Jasons out there could well have been called something else. I don't get that either.

Most on this side of the pond assume that Beverly is exclusively a female name, so, it helps avoid embarrasments if my avatar is a mug shot.

I had significant problems uploading an image so this post was primarily to request help on that matter.

In retrospect, it seems as if the forum software automatically posts "upload failed" even if the image file made it to the forum. After posting, I found the image and managed to set it as the avatar.

Oh, I remember the song well. Listening to it on AM radio as a kid, I remember they would bleep out what were considered cuss words back then.
