Bought used Lt-1024-maintenance question

I bought a used as-is 24hp B&S 50" CC Lt-1024 with 31 hours running time from a local store. It was returned to the store, sent out to be fixed, and resold which I bought it for $500.00. Everything works fine. I just changed the oil & filter. I am going to grease all the grease fittings, install new blades, & change the gas filter. The air filter was just replaced. What other maintenance should I do. dave
