Bought a Stihl ms261-c

I really like my Stihl 261. Best all around of my bunch. I don't get too hung up on the speed of the cut, I more like the overall weight, balance and relative power. I don't like the safety chains but don't need the super fast ones either. Plus it starts real well, sometimes on the first pull.

as s219 said a sharp green chain will cut on the flat as well as a yellow, the problem for me is when filing the rakers the green chain kills more of the flat file/takes longer as it has to knock the camel backs down at the same time as the rakers.
