No horse, no barn, just a fundamental misunderstanding of the difference between tractors and cars.

We still haven't heard back from the OP what year the serial number of the TRACTOR indicated it was.

IF it was clearly stated on the bill of sale at the time of the sale, that would clearly define the tractor year made, therefore it should be indisputable later on, especially when trying to buy parts, or trade-in time.

The PIN (Product Identification Number) can not be deciphered using the engine serial number guide. They are two completely different formats.
There were no L02 series tractors in 2019 and the dealer is not trying to pull anything over on you.

Isthe serial number is called a PIN now? I attached the serial number there is no way to decipher it?

Where did you get that string of letters?

The serial number for the TRACTOR is :
  • L Series: On left-hand side of front axle or under the seat.

Sorry everybody it's been a hell of a couple month dealing with family issues literally across the country. Working the new farm, rebuilding the barn and working full time and then the holidays I haven't had the chance to revisit the post. I just posted the tractor serial number and after reading many responses and learning more I think I may have been not understanding that the tractor serial number is not the engine serial number and from what I understand they have recently changed the way they do serial numbers at Kubota. So I was using an old wrong formula for decoding it maybe. When I bought the tractor I was in the process of moving across the country from west coast to east and called the dealer told them what I wanted and then signed it all on line. They said they had to order the canopy and 3rd function valve and we're waiting for a trailer to come in stock. Anyway 2 month later I was still all the way across the country working In the state we moved from trying to find a job I the state we moved to. When they called and said it was finally ready minus the trailer which is why it took 2 months but that's a different thing all together. I just happened to be home visiting my wife and kids and so I went to see it at the dealer but they were closing I signed the papers and then walked around the yard after they closed aand found it with my name scrawled on the tag I noticed the weathered seat and the faded knobs but by then I was like well they put on 3rd function and canopy so I guess I won't bother bitching About that stuff. I wasn't worried about those things but then I was looking up some info on the tractor and needed the serial number and thought wow that's why that stuff was faded and old looking. I should've probably have researched more before posting but thats history now. Haha oh and I have called the dealer a couple times but the salesman is either never in or never calls me back and I haven't been in there due to my crazy schedule since I made the original post. So that is definitely my fault. Anyway I appreciate all of your input. When I do get ahold of someone i'll post if it's different news.
