I'm not sure why I waited so long! Last weekend I was using my Stihl Kombi 130R and it was running a little rich before I put it away. Yesterday, I went to start it so I could tune it, and despite 30+ pulls, no start. I'm getting too old to deal with that frustration.

Despite using consistent and properly mixed fuel, the 2-cycle engines of today are nowhere near as reliable or powerful as the older engines. Surprisingly (or not), I grabbed my 25 yo stihl 011 saw that's been sitting for 2 years and it pops on the first pull, starts on the second like it has for all 25 years I've owned it. As luck would have it, my newer Husky 550XP saw is also having issues with starting.

So far, I'm pretty impressed with the Milwaukee. It has 2 speeds, is quiet and has plenty of power, even on the low speed.

I have the same one. Love it. I also go the edger attachment and the hand held blower. All are phenomenal! A couple of my frineds have the chain saw. They say it's a great tool also. Battery powered handheld equipment has finally arrived.

I have the M18 pole saw and weed wacker. Use them a lot and find the trimmer really goes through batteries, does ok, not quite as good as my stihl, but good enough. Need another battery to cover my needs per use.
I have an 8AH and a 5AH, and just not enough to do the trimming I need to do on each run.
Pole saw has been great and I use that all the time for branches and some bucking when it's too much work to get the big chainsaw out.

I saw a add for the Milwaukee trimmer and it almost looks like it uses the Echo attachment system.

Can anyone confirm what attachments fit the Milwaukee trimmer?

I don’t have the money to buy a battery powered string trimmer just for my convenience.

So I bought one for my wife!
That's what I did. Last Christmas she got a Dewalt weed trimmer and a blower. :) Clean, quiet, and are perfect for medium to light duty chores. The heavier Stihl blower and weed/brush trimmer live in the barn, so these Dewalts are always handy in the garage. She was less than thrilled at first but loves them now after using them, especially compared to the gas beasts.

I took my wife to McCoy’s and let her pick it out herself. She loves that Stihl.
