Went and looked at grapples again, brought home a Wildkat econo rock bucket grapple. Had looked at their heavy duty one a few weeks back but at 850# it was way to heavy. Went expecting to buy a economy single grapple root grapple but when I found this one I decided to buy it. Not a big fan of the location of the cylinders on the grapple arms but liked the fact that it is flat bottom and that the back is covered. Salesman didn't know the weight because this is a brand new product, I haven't seen it on their website. Guessing it weights 400-450#.

Looks like a WildKat. Weight and width are generally the big considerations for CUTS. What matters is if it does what you expect and you like it.

I like the 48" as its a bit more versatile and weight is important. You will enjoy.
