Bought a B21, have a few questions

Definitely use the clutch and don't force the shifter. My B21 is not
the only one to suffer from broken shifter forks inside the gearbox. I
have run into others with broken shifters and a lot less hours on the
machine.

I love the B21's tight turning radius, and my unit convinced me that
even small tractors benefit greatly with a 4-in-1 loader bucket.

Here is another photo from my B21 rebuild thread.

Guys had mentioned that shifting gets easier with practice. Now I know what the normal force needed is to shift smoothly. So if I can't get it to go peacefully on the first try, double clutching works. Or finding another range first then retrying the one I originally wanted.

Where would it be possible to have a copy of the owner's manual for the B21 in pdf ?
I bought a 2003 one week ago, and since it's my first tractor, any documentation would be apreciated.

I sent the parts manuals for tractor loader and BH - I have the original paper manuals hard copy - I see on line the operators manuals are $15-20..

Congrats on your new machine. I have had a B21 since 2000 (new) and they are a tough little TLB - I have moved a lot of rock and logs, grading etc. I am attaching the manuals for the Loader and Bachoe in PDF here also but the tractor manual is 3.7 MB so PM me and I will email to you.

I erred on saying owners manuals but I do have the detailed parts manuals in Pdf which are helpful in tearing things apart and doing repairs

I haven't needed to use them very often - no real repairs in 530 hours just things like seals and some hardware replacement

So if you want the Pdf parts manuals I can send them but Google search b21 parts manuals and you may find them on line too

I downloaded the b21 fel and bh parts manual from one of you earlier post but there was 3.7 mb document that I believe required emailing. I'm fairly new with whole tractor ownership so I was just hoping to get an owners manual to get a little more familiar with some of the simple things.
