Boomer - Can't lift diddle!

Tractor 2004 TC33DA, 4x4, R1, Fel, rear hyd, front guard, Teeth bar, Hydro, 200 hrs. Will lift a bucket of dirt, but not much more. How does a layman test the Fel? Don't want to break any thing, just want a little capability.

First of the year had a bunch of things fixed $. I did say the Fel fell down while holding 300 lbs. 1 inch ever half hour. Might the dealer have changed Fel pressure? When I first got it I do remember I could lift rear wheels off ground, when lifting, not now. Also the 3 point moves real slow when I lower it. Before it would fall to ground when I moved lever fast.

Should I go to the dealer or DIY?

The easiest check would be to take a hydraulic guage and check it.

I assume your loader has quick disconnects. Instead of buying stuff I borrowed the 5000psi guage off of my pressure washer and used the quickcoupler off the tractors line.

I had a hard time finding specs but was able to come up with a lict capacity of about 1250 @ the pins and a tractor weight of about 2500lbs. Thats the same tractor weight as my l3400 with about 100lbs more lift, and I dont have a problem lifting the back with a blade on and filled tires. The only time I cant is when the bushhog is on.

As stated check the disconects and the pressure. On the TPH you do know there is a knob for adjusting how fast it lowers? Has the hyd fluid and filter been changed recently? If the loader is droping it could be a bad seal in the lift cyl. or in the control valve.
