Boomer 35 won't start

i have a 2015 Boomer 35 that won't start, no lights at all either. Tried cleaning the battery terminals, charging the battery and even hit the jump start feature on my charger and nothing, no lights, no clicking nothing. is it the battery? or is there something i'm missing?

I vote bad connection of the ground cable to frame.

I checked the fuses on the left side they all looked good is there another location I don't know about?
