NEW HOLLAND 1030 HORN NOT WORKING-TURN SIGNALS WORK

Suggest applying 12v directly to the horn, then using a ohmmeter to test the horn switch and voltmeter to see if getting power to the switch to determine if issue is horn, switch, wiring
