Boom Swing

John Deere 410 Boom Drifts left or right while driving backhoe. Any idea of a cause?

Control valve leaking back to tank or an external leak somewhere that you should be able to see.

Mine will do that as well. There should be a hole in the top of the tractor side of the swing point where you can drop a pin in place to lock it there.

Just don't forget to take it out again, those swing cylinders can generate a surprising amount of force.
