Bolens G174 tractor hydralic pump. iseki 3 cyl deisel, hydralics stop working.

the tractor warmed up and is working. this site has helped us so much. disregard this post. thank all of you so much.The temp today is 6 degrees. the hydraulics were working with a whining sound and then stopped. I checked fluid and added some. still wont lift or dump. we have a manual. does anyone have a connection that I can get hydraulic parts?

Can you determine if the pump is actually pumping?

The pump should be turning when the engine is running.
