Bolens 1468 G14XL steering issue

Hello, can anyone help me with a steering issue I am having with my Bolens? I bought it today and it has a very hard turning issue. I dont think it will be a major issue but am wondering if anyone might have some experience with it before I start tearing things out. The tractor is cherry and I love it...just want to make sure I can fix this properly. It turns like both front tires are half flat....Anyone have any advice? Also, I want to replace the seat...any ideas on where I can get a new one?? Thanks!

There is a grease fitting underneath the tractor ,for the steering,did you try greaasing this?
Also check the shaft underneath, that is hooked to the arm that comes out the left side of the tractor
this could be loose or broken.
