bolen 152 / iseki tx1000

Hi there, got given a bolen g152, had some work to do on it, does anyone have a picture from under the clutch pedal? The clutch is loose as I think the one who gave it to me removed a bracket.
The hydrolik oil was quite nasty, changed it, some gear were hard to engage, getting better with time, is there a way to be sure Im not breaking anything in the tranny, before opening it to see if everything is good in there? the low everything is pretty good, the high gear is a bit more hard for every gear.

Generally, to flush out old, dirty hydraulic oil, you drain the fluid, refill with diesel, and work the equipment a bit without heating it up too much. This is like a full flushing. Now drain the diesel fluid, refill with the OE required defined fluid.
