Bobcat T190

Hey guys. Im new to this forum and need youre help. I have a bobcat T190 that has the push button control panel. I was trying to start it the other day and the starter wouldnt engage. So I had my son use a screw driver to jump start it. While i was pushing the start button, the control panel went blank, shut off. Now it wont come back on. Does it work off of fuses or the relays? Im not a mechanic, but i am mechanically inclined. Thanks for the help. Good to be here!

Found this fuse. Anyone know how to remove and replace it?
