Bobcat T 300

Bobcat T 300 with a electronic security panel that is dead. Any ideas on where to start searching for the problem.

Start with voltage supply, the battery. It should have 12+ volts. Check cable connections & ground connections (main cable plus all the smaller black ground connctions). Is 100 amp fuse intact? Check all 25 amp fuses in fuse box, especially #4 & #9. The panel won't power up if voltage is much less than 10v. If all connections and fuses are OK, remove the front headlight & make sure the panel hasn't come unplugged.
