Bobcat Pro Cat 61' stopped cutting

Was mowing today for a few hours, and all of a sudden it quit cutting, it seemed to be trying to turn but looking underneath I could see a spark like at the clutch area under the engine when it was switched off. It spinning but belts aren't tightening up to spin? Clutch?
